PARKER
The Parker Standard

What it means to work with Parker.

Every visit is held to the same standard, regardless of trade, scope, or who we send. This is what that looks like in practice.

Stage 01

Before we enter the home.

Nothing is unannounced. The visit is confirmed in writing, and the homeowner knows exactly who is arriving and when.

  • Appointment confirmed and rescheduled if needed
  • The professional's name is shared in advance
  • Branded vehicle and visible identification at the door
  • Arrival window respected
Stage 02

While the work is performed.

The home is treated like the home it is. Care for the surroundings is part of the job, not an afterthought.

  • Drop cloths, shoe covers, and clean tools
  • Photographs taken before and after the work
  • Anything outside the agreed scope is flagged for approval first
  • No surprise charges, no unauthorized changes
Stage 03

Before the job closes.

Work is reviewed with the homeowner present. The job isn't finished until the homeowner has seen it and approved it.

  • Walkthrough of completed work with the homeowner
  • Functionality confirmed where applicable
  • Workspace cleaned, debris removed
  • Outstanding items, if any, written down clearly
Stage 04

After the work is done.

The visit doesn't end when the door closes. Every detail is logged into the home's record, where it stays.

  • Parker Home Record updated with notes, photos, and outcome
  • Open recommendations filed for future reference
  • Follow-up scheduled if the work calls for it
  • Nothing forgotten between visits

One standard, regardless of trade or scope.

Whether the work is a wax-ring replacement or a quarterly inspection, the homeowner experiences the same standard. That consistency is what the Parker name is for.
