Why we built this.
Caring for a home usually starts with a search, and the search is a gamble.
A name from a neighbor, a listing online, a handful of reviews that may or may not be real. The homeowner is left to judge who is qualified and insured, and who will still answer the phone if the work fails later.
When the wrong person is hired, the cost rarely ends at the first invoice. The job gets repaired or redone, and the homeowner pays twice for work that should have been right the first time.
Parker was built to hold that work to one standard. You speak to Parker, and Parker sends a qualified member of the field team and keeps the record of what was done.
When something needs another look after the job, Parker comes back to it. The homeowner keeps one number, and it answers.

Parker was founded by Alvaro Biosca to bring private, considered care to the homes of Port St. Lucie and Palm City.
Alvaro holds a Florida general contractor’s license. Parker applies that standard to the everyday work of a home, from the first request to the record that follows it.
