1.3 Property Photography and Inspection Documentation
Parker's service is built on documented care of the home. With your permission, granted in your Membership Agreement or when you book a service, Parker and its authorized field personnel photograph and may take video of the interior and exterior of your property during walkthroughs, inspections, maintenance visits, and service work. This documentation, together with inspection findings, condition ratings, measurements, and system and equipment details, forms part of the Parker Home Record for your property.
You may designate specific areas of the home as excluded from photography by written notice to hello@parker-care.com. Parker honors such designations except where documentation is reasonably necessary to record a safety condition or completed work.
